1. You can ask for graceweeks, you get 2 for every six weeks

2. Any site wide news about your clan you can ask an admin to advertise on the News & Updates

3. You have the complete ability to demote anyone on your clan staff even if the staff members are an admin, etc. You don’t need permission and no one can tell you that you can’t

4. Please do not @all in the main Classic chat on Skype. You may @all in mod chat if you have a mod discussion you want to share or important news

5. You are always welcome to create a mod discussion about anything you want

6. You have the right to start a gathering in the gathering section, but try to post in mod chat that you are creating one so you don’t accidentally create two

7. You have the right to not be a moderator and remain a clan leader after experiencing one month of being a moderator

8. If you have an Inactivity & Possible Demotion thread or something like it you are always welcome to reply to it and give a reasoning on why you have been inactive, however it will ultimately be up to the rest of the staff to decide

9. In every mod discussion you have the right to opt out if you are uncomfortable with a certain topic and may message an admin in private that you do not want to reply. However you cannot make a pattern of doing this repeatedly

10. You can always ask an admin how many contributions you have made so you know if you have made the LSAC mark

11. Admins and moderators are both staff members held by the same rules, if you feel someone has broken the rules, but feel too uncomfortable to say anything you can always bring it up to an admin or staff member you feel comfortable confiding in and ask for anonymity

12. You can mass message by clicking Compose Message - Click the Gear icon to the right of the subject line - Send All

13. ALWAYS save your clan code, you are responsible for making sure you have backup code. Make sure any big changes, activity checks, ceremonies, major page updates, that you save the code. Save the code as many times as you need to on a google doc so you can always get it back (You can look at previous google doc edits by clicking on Last Edit in the doc)

14. Don’t forget to update your homepage clan section

15. Point systems are free to use, you don’t need to ask anyone permission to start your own so long as there isn’t any obvious mimicry. Such as if someone made their point system bird themed and your point system is bird themed, that would be too close to another leaders point system concept

16. You as a staff member have the right to request and gain access to the warning log and ban log at any time

17. As a mod or member you always have the right to request and gain access to check the username log which gives you information about members username history
