I'm working on a Winterclan layout, well I have most of one in mind and I would like a banner for it.

Above is the code to a rough example of the direction I'm going in and where the banner would be on the page.

The banner itself would go in the bordered square and would have the white overlays over it for links and a quote most likely.

That space is 950px wide and 400px height. With a 4px border. Your banner of-course doesn't have to be the exact size but it will most likely look best if you can keep it close to these dimensions. I Don't have many other requests towards the banner itself. There is no current color scheme other than that blue and white.

hello!! I could certainly try to make one for you. I love making banners, and i'm not that great at html so my banner skills are going a bit to waste rn oops. and maybe getting a little rusty.

I would love your help rusty skills or not! There probably better than my nonexistent skills.

How long do you think it will take? No rush! I'm just curious because I sort of want to tie the layout to the banner best I can.

i mean i could probably throw one together in like an hour? probably less, but i don't know how much messing around it'll take for me to be happy with it.
and i'm sure your banners are beautiful!
